We stayed at Lough view Holiday home during Summer 2021 and really couldn’t recommend it enough!!
Amazing house, super spacious. We were there with our children and some other relatives and while it’s lovely to be together, it’s also great that the house has a range of areas so everyone can have some space when needed too! The house is very well equipped, really everything you could need. And then some!
The alpacas next door was an absolute bonus, especially for the children.
In terms of location it’s fantastic. In foothills of the Mournes if you want to hike and walking distance to the beach.
Kilkeel is a great wee town with good range of takeaways and an Asda but really need to highlight the great butchers (and restaurant) Cunningham’s and the delicious sushi from Tsunami Mourne Sushi so whether you want to eat in or out you are sorted!!
Can’t wait to visit again.
We had a fantastic stay at Loughview holiday home. The house has been recently renovated and is so spacious. Perfect for a family holiday by the sea it had all the amenities you could wish for and was a short stroll to the sea.
If you are more active it is a short drive to the mourne mountains and to the world class mountain biking course in Rostrevor. The host was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed watching the alpacas in the next field. will be back
We stayed in Lough view Holiday home for a few months whilst we were waiting to move into our new home.
The house had absolutely everything we needed and offered every comfort imaginable. The house was also recently updated inside and out. With 7 bedrooms we could sleep in a different room each week, it was more like a holiday to be honest.
The location is out of this world with the beach and Mourne mountains on your doorstep. Cranfield beach is a blue flag beach with all amenities, in saying that the house is only 5 minutes’ walk away.
There is ample space inside the house so perfect for large groups and the outside space has more than you could ever use, with kids play area, Decking and BBQ area, large gardens and even Alpacas for neighbours right next door. The house is fully equipped with everything you would have at home and maybe even more so it really is a home away from home.
We never wanted to leave. Lol
Beautiful modern house suitable for larger groups or family stay. The house is very spacious and beautifully furnished with lots of space for large groups to gather. There is also ample bathroom facilities to complement the bedrooms.
Picturesque surroundings and lovely to wake up to the sight of the Alpacas in the adjacent field. Great location, 5-minute walk to Cranfield Beach and a 15-minute drive to the Mourne Mountains. Highly recommend – 5 stars
